Terms & Conditions
Once confirmed or paid for, flights are not changeable or refundable.
Flights and fares are not guaranteed until booking is completed.
If flight becomes unavailable or fare changes, there will be an option for a full refund no questions asked.
If passenger comes late to the airport or misses flight, passenger will be responsible for buying new ticket. Original ticket payment will be entirely forfeited.
No responsibility is taken for: weather delays/cancellations, airline delays/cancellations, airline booking errors, pandemic illness outbreak cancellations, passenger missing flight, erroneous passenger name or date of birth, or for associated refunds. In all above scenarios, passenger assumes full and sole responsibility.
Maximum liability, if at all liable, to be held against any person or entity, for damages of any kind, resulting from delay, cancellation or error of ticket booking or flights, whether due to negligence or any other cause, shall be amount paid for flights, and liability will never surpass that amount.
Passenger is solely responsible for checking flight status directly with airline, and directly requesting airline for updates, to ascertain that there are no flight delays or cancellations.
Visas, passports or other travel documents are solely responsibility of passenger.
